Eugene Oliva is an Honorably Discharged United States Marine Corps Post-9/11 Active Duty Service Disabled Combat Veteran, where he Served for 8 years and 3 months, and was Honorably Discharged (Medically Discharged).

After separating from the Military, he worked as a DOD Employee (GS-13) via the USO in Balad, Iraq for 3 years, before returning to the United States during the withdrawal process of Operation New Dawn. When he returned to New York City (his Home Town) he worked as an Assistant Manager at Rite Aid in the mornings and a Field Engineer for Granite Construction MTA Project at nights, and completed his Associates Degree (General Studies) at American Military University (AMU) and then pursued his Bachelors Degree from Grand Canyon University (Double Major: Public Safety & Emergency Management, Graduated 2013). Upon completing an Internship at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), then became a NYSE Business Analyst within the Trading Floor, IT Development and NYSE Regulations/Market Oversight Controls Group. He resigned from the NYSE in order to pursue his MBA and focus on his entrepreneurship and volunteer aspirations. He stays remains well connected with the NYSE Trading Floor Community and part of the NYSE Securities Committee as a Member Emeritus.

While pursuing his MBA from DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management (Double Concentration: International Business & Human Resources, Graduated 2015) he took on a contract role as Accounts Manager/Veterans Specialist for the NYC Mayor's Office Industrial Transportation Center/Sector SBA Program via WorkForce1, while also volunteering via AmeriCorps VISTA at GallopNYC a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization which provides Equine Therapy for children and adults with disabilities, with a focus on autism. During this time he was selected for a Pre-Law Program (Pipeline To Justice) which he attended and completed at CUNY School of Law. He was approached by a Military/Veteran Private Personal Security & Transportation Black Car Service Company from the United Kingdom (UK) called Capstar Inc, and became their Operations/Logistics Manager for their United States Start-Up, USA Capstar Inc which was featured live on Fox & Friends, prior to taking on the position as Chief Development Officer for another Black Car, NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) & Trucking Military Operated Start-Up, Veterans Rideshare Inc.
